The previous reminder and in progress emails were a mistake (sent in the am vs pm). Maintenance is still scheduled for 11 pm MT tonight. Sorry about that!

Due to scheduled maintenance, KnowledgeOwl will be unavailable for a 30-minute window on November 7th/8th. The downtime will begin at: - 11 pm MST on Saturday, November 7th - 1 am EST on Sunday, November 8th - 6 am GMT on Sunday, November 8th
We expect this maintenance to take no more than 30 minutes (and hopefully less!).
During this time, knowledge bases, the application, and the API will be unavailable.
